Introduction:

  • Exploring the core components of human capital and determining the nature of data required for reporting.

Day 2: ISO 30414 Standard and International Measurement Indicators

  • Gaining a comprehensive understanding of the ISO 30414 standard requirements and its actual implementation mechanisms within organizations.
  • Identifying key human capital performance indicators (KPIs) and learning the methods for calculating them accurately.
  • Analyzing the human capital indicators used in the current study and evaluating their overall effectiveness.

Day 3: HR Data Analytics Tools and Techniques

  • Analyzing human capital data utilizing various data analytics tools and techniques.

Day 5: Formulating Final Reports and Project Discussions

  • Structuring and presenting final human capital reports utilizing previously analyzed data and insights.
  • Reviewing the training outcomes based on the ISO 30414 standard to ensure the highest quality of disclosure and transparency.
